Trick: in Anatomist, there is a recognition module which performs the relaxation with a colored 3D display while it runs. The configuration panel for it shows a (quite) complete set of options and basic help on tooltips. To use it, load in Anatomist both a data graph and a model graph, make a fusion with them (FusionGraph), and then on the new object (AFGRAPH), you can get the annealing panel.
It sounds great ! But can it handle a list of input graphs (and not just one ?)
I will try all that and let you know how it goes.

No, Anatomist doesn't handle the multiple data graph mode, I just meant you can use it on sulcal graphs to get the relaxation interface and the set of possible parameters/values with a little bit of documentation...
I have never thought about enabling the multiple data graphs mode in anatomist, would it be useful ? It would only make sense if your graphs have a graphical 3D representaiton (with meshes and/or buckets). It could be triggered by fusioning a model graph and several data graphs together ?
