Hi,
I noticed that Anatomist is VERY slow (I mean very, it can be up to a minute on my bi-xeon machine) when asked to delete a graph (Objects->Delete object). I was wondering if it is a known bug, or something to expect because of the delete mecanism ?

Yes it's a known bug...
I looked for it several times and thought I fixed it, but it still happens. Moreover it's not systemmatic: it is sometimes fast, and sometimes very slow. I'm not sure of this either, but it may help to remove a graph from all windows (or close them) before destroying it (but this should be what is done in the destruction code...)
