Hi,
I still have some difficulties with AimsFileCOnvert.
I want to convert an Analyse picture to a Dicom picture, in "multislice" format, so I want to get as much output files as the number of slices of my input picture.
I tried "AImsFileConvert -i tep -o tep.dcm" but this way I get three files, tep.dcm.dim, tep.dcm.ima, and tep.dcm.ima.minf instead of several files.
So I think that the format ".dcm" is not recognized, but I thought it was the Dicom format.
Can you help me ?

Yes I need only dicom files to make the files ables to be read with the ADW (Advantage WorkStation).
And according to what I was told, Dicom is the only one format which can be read by the ADW.
Furthermore the dicom has to be in "multislice" format.
Do you know if there are another formats suitable with the ADW ?

Hi,
Currently, our tools don't support dicom for writing: only reading is supported, and we know there are problems on some dicom files (maybe multisilice...).
Maybe you could convert to SPM/Analyze format first, then use another software to convert Analyze to Dicom (mricro or xmedcon for instance might do that ?)
